HOW TO EFFECTIVELY FIGHT ACNE WITH NATURAL COSMETICS

WHAT FACTORS AFFECT THE FORMATION OF ACNE

It might seem that the problem of acne only affects young people, but over 70% of the population between the ages of 11 and 30 struggle with the problem of skin imperfections. There are many reasons for the development of acne and the first step in the fight for beautiful skin should be to determine the source of the problem, i.e. the reason why imperfections do not want to leave us. The most common cause of acne is the incomplete cleansing of the skin from everyday impurities, such as sebum, dust or remnants of makeup, which clog the outlets of hair follicles in our skin, resulting in imperfections. The Natural Cleansing Ritual is great for thorough facial cleansing, which includes Nourishing Bio Makeup Remover Oil with Neem, which will dissolve impurities that remain on our skin after the whole day, and the Moisturizing Bio Face Wash Foam from Japan, will wash away the remnants of oil, thanks to which our skin will be thoroughly cleansed. Frequent touching of the face also causes the transfer of impurities and various bacteria from the hands to the skin, which also contributes to the formation of imperfections, mainly on the jawline or forehead. It is worth paying attention to whether we do not do this, because this problem will be easiest for us to eliminate. Another cause of skin changes is a bad diet. Excess sugar or hot spices promote the formation of ugly changes on our skin, but preservatives have the worst effect. It is worth taking care of your diet if you dream of radiant skin without imperfections. All you need to do is eliminate sweets, carbonated drinks and fast food from your diet and add natural cosmetics to it, and you will quickly notice not only beneficial changes in your figure, but also in the appearance of your complexion. Excess stress not only destroys our skin but also our health, so let's make sure to limit it as much as we can. Let's find a moment during the day, just for ourselves, to relax or have a home spa with natural cosmetics . Putting on your favorite music and relaxing after a long day with a face mask, e.g. Philippine Algae and Aloe Natural Silk Mask, will help not only us, but also our skin. The most difficult thing to win the fight against acne is if its basis comes from hormonal imbalance. Acne caused by hormonal problems is different from traditional acne because it is located deep in the skin, is painful and can last for several months! If you suspect that your acne is hormonal, you should first go to a dermatologist and an endocrinologist, because it is usually the thyroid that plays such unpleasant tricks on us.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF ACNE

Not all acne are the same, so to fight it effectively, we must first know the enemy well. There are many types of acne, but it is easiest to divide it into:

  • Non-inflammatory acne – these are comedones that can be closed, in the form of white dots, or open, in the form of black dots – also called blackheads.
  • Inflammatory acne – it is formed when the wall of the hair follicle (in the middle of which the blackhead is located) is torn. This usually happens when we try to squeeze out small imperfections appearing on our skin, damaging its structure and facilitating access for impurities and bacteria, as a result of which the “innocent” blackheads turn into pimples that are harder to deal with.

WHAT NATURAL INGREDIENTS TO LOOK FOR IN COSMETICS FOR ACNE SKIN?

Acne skin needs to be cared for delicately, because too much exposure to strong detergents will worsen its condition, because we will dry the skin too much, as a result of which it will become more oily and the acne problem will worsen, therefore the best solution will be to reach for natural cosmetics, which have a strong effect, while remaining gentle to our skin. However, what ingredients should we look for in the composition to effectively fight our greatest enemy?

The best choice are natural cosmetics that contain ingredients such as:

  • Turmeric
  • Sandalwood
  • Neem
  • Green Tea
  • Kaolin Clay
  • Philippine Algae
  • Snail Slime

When taking care of acne-prone skin, the most important step in the entire care is thorough and gentle cleansing of the skin. Remember to remove makeup well! Exfoliation of dead skin is very important, because the remaining skin will block the outlets of hair follicles, thus contributing to an increase in the number of blackheads and pimples. If acne with severe inflammation bothers us the most, we must avoid cleansing products that contain a lot of sharp particles in their composition, so that exfoliation does not spread purulent lesions to healthy skin areas. Remember to use an appropriate toner after cleansing the skin to balance the skin's pH level. When caring for acne-prone skin with natural cosmetics, we cannot forget about proper skin hydration! Lack of proper hydration will cause it to be excessively dry, it will start to defend itself by producing more and more sebum, as a result of which acne lesions on our skin will increase. It is worth enriching the care of acne-prone skin with natural cosmetics, including masks with anti-inflammatory properties, such as the Natural Mask of Ginger and Lemongrass Clay, and in the case of oily skin – the Natural Mask of Neem and Tea Tree Clay, as well as natural cosmetics that can be applied topically, directly to the skin, such as the Hydrotherapy with Turmeric.

WHAT DOES EVERYDAY CARE FOR ACNE SKIN LOOK LIKE?

Morning care:

  • cleansing the skin in the morning is just as important as in the evening, which is why we cannot skip this step! At night, our skin produces sebum, sweats and dust settles on it, which is why we cannot proceed to further care without proper cleansing in the morning. Among the natural cosmetics available for cleansing, the best one is the Moisturizing Bio Foam for Washing the Face Gurdlina Japońska.
  • use a face toner, for combination skin – Natural Ginger and Lemongrass Face Toner, for oily skin – Natural Neem and Lemon Face Toner
  • apply the Natural Bio Serum for the face Neem & Tulsi to your face, it has strong anti-inflammatory properties, so it is great for problematic skin, it will also reduce sebum secretion and help soothe irritations.
  • for the day the cream should be lighter to avoid the skin from shining, therefore Hydro-Cure with Turmeric is a great solution. Its light consistency absorbs quickly, it can also be used locally, also for inflammation, but it is also perfect as a base for make-up!

Evening care:

  • removing makeup using Nourishing Neem Organic Makeup Removal Oil
  • washing off the remnants of oil with the help of the Moisturizing Bio Foam for Washing the Face of the Japanese Gourdlina or the Natural Aloe and Papaya Face Washing Gel with rice particles - its particles are very delicate, and the papaya present in the composition of the gel will help us with discolorations remaining on the skin after acne,
  • tone the skin with your favorite natural facial toner, in the case of combination skin Natural Ginger and Lemongrass Facial Toner - the ginger in the toner will have an anti-inflammatory effect, and if our skin is oily, Natural Neem and Lemon Facial Toner, which will normalize the work of the sebaceous glands and mattify our skin.
  • at night we don't have to worry that our skin will shine unsightly, so let's take the opportunity to nourish it more. The Sandalwood and Turmeric Face Cream or the Rich Turmeric Cream will work great for this. Turmeric in the composition has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties and will help us fight acne. We can also apply the Sandalwood and Turmeric Natural Face Oil instead of the cream. Its light consistency absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy layer, and the combination of these two ingredients will not only help us fight acne, but will also make our skin stop being gray, tired and regain its shine! With regular use, it will also help us get rid of blackheads.

Two or three times a week, remember to exfoliate your skin with the Philippine Algae and Aloe Natural Gel Face Peeling and use your favorite natural face mask. You can choose from the Ginger and Lemongrass Natural Clay Mask, or for oily skin, the Neem and Tea Tree Natural Clay Mask, or if you prefer fabric masks, the Philippine Algae and Aloe Natural Silk Mask.
