The modern world forces us to live in a constant rush. Each of us has a lot of things to do, deadlines to meet, and we don't have time for everything. Often we don't even really think about where we are rushing to and whether the goal is really worth such sacrifices. Evolutionarily, humans were not created to live at such a pace. Our bodies are increasingly beginning to feel the somatic symptoms of too fast a pace of life, which result in a deterioration of health - both physical and mental.

We promise ourselves that next month we will start going to yoga, swimming or Nordic walking, we even buy passes, clothes and equipment for exercises. But it often doesn't work out, right? We stop at a few visits to the pool and then we get back into the whirlwind of life's affairs and constant rush.

Why was the Orientana CHALLENGE created?

At Orientana we take care of our physical and mental health. We try to have balance and peace in our lives, but you know... it can be different ;) Agnieszka Passendorfer, a friend of our Boss Anna Wasilewska, a yogi and meditation teacher, gave us a great idea for relaxation!

This is how our project 7-DAY CHALLENGE FROM THE ORIENTAN – 7 DAYS THAT WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY was created! We decided to give one full week on our Instagram to Agnieszka, who prepared a special task for each day. To complete the task, you do not need any special equipment or skills. All you need is 5 minutes of time!

Every day for 7 days on our Instagram we published a video in which Agnieszka tells how to do the task. In addition, she always gives a few very inspiring tips that will be useful not only during the challenge! During the challenge we do tasks such as:

  • BATHING IN THE TREES
  • GOOD BREATH
  • YOGA FOR BALANCE
  • INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION
  • SAVASANA: DOING NOTHING
  • MINDFUL EATING
  • WALKING BAREFOOT

Of course! You can take on the challenge at any time! Although the prizes have almost been given out, remember that first and foremost you are doing it FOR YOURSELF and YOUR WELL-BEING! Below we have attached boards from the next days of the challenge and after clicking on each of them you will be taken to our Instagram and watch a video with instructions for the tasks. You can do them in a 7-day cycle or repeat each one as many times as you want or change their order. It all depends on you!
