It is a patented chemical compound developed by Ashland, based on glucose chemistry, that has the ability to regenerate and rebuild weakened hair fibers. This complex strengthens hair from within, providing up to three times greater strength compared to untreated hair. It reduces damage during coloring and improves the integrity of the hair fiber, making it an ideal ingredient in hair care products. It is composed of two INCI ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Gluconamide and Hydroxypropyl Ammonium Gluconate. It creates new hydrogen and ionic bonds within the hair cortex.
