Fabric masks allow for strong hydration and nourishment of the skin without the need to use chemical thickeners as is the case with cream masks. The material holds the ingredients "in place" on the skin, limiting their flow and bringing them directly to the skin. The fabric causes the mask to dry slower than a creamy substance left on the skin. The ingredients act on the skin even after removing the fabric, because there is no need to wash off the mask residue! Learn moreOUR HENNA YOUR HAIR :)
INDIAN HENNA EUROPEAN WOMEN'S HAIR - WHERE ORIENTAN HENNA COMES FROM Try our Henna your hair will thank you. is a 100% plant product. Henna is cultivated and produced in India. Henna is a shrub whose lifespan is 15 to 18 years. The harvesting period can begin three years after planting the seedling. Only henna leaves are collected to produce natural hair dye. Harvesting takes place twice a year. The first harvest at the turn of October and November gives the best quality raw material. In Hindi, this harvest is called Khatki. The second harvest period is the turn of April and May. This henna harvest is called Khutan. For eight years, henna can be harvested twice a year, and later it is harvested only in April and May - once a year. The quality of the final henna depends largely on the harvesting period. As a manufacturer, we have signed long-term contracts with suppliers of henna, which is grown organically. Our advantage is not only long-term cooperation with farmers but also training and know-how that we provide them. Experts from our factory help in cultivation and monitoring the entire process. We also supply seeds and seedlings from good, verified sources. WHY IS A TRUSTED HENNA MANUFACTURER IMPORTANT? Henna of unknown origin can be very harmful because there is a risk that it was grown in contaminated soil. It then accumulates heavy metals and using it on hair or skin for a longer period of time can cause serious illnesses. That is why it is important and I warn you to buy henna from trusted suppliers. Do not buy henna occasionally transported from Asia because you do not know what it may contain. We check the soil quality of our suppliers for the presence of unwanted harmful substances. We test the arable land for heavy metal content using the latest and precise method of atomic absorption spectrometry (ASA). The henna that comes to us from the fields is tested and safe. Our factory in India in 2019 obtained organic status and was given the opportunity to produce in the ecocert, natrue and cosmos standards. We have enriched it with the latest technologies, installed modern machines and I can tell you with my hand on my heart that we are currently producing the highest quality henna in India. WHAT DOES HENNA PREPARATION LOOK LIKE? Before the henna reaches our factory, the bushes are sprayed with demineralized water before harvesting, and then dried for one day. The next day, the henna leaves are cut and fall onto sheets spread under the bushes. The leaves are spread out in these sheets and left to dry in the sun, and then transported to warehouses where they are thrown into a device called a thrasher, which crushes them. The entire process is monitored and takes place under strictly defined temperature conditions. Too high a temperature can adversely affect the quality of the raw material. HOW IS HENNA orientana PRODUCED? The leaves, shredded in the thrasher, are packed into jute bags. They are then sent to our factory. However, the cleaning process is still not complete and the factory is now undergoing another stage of preparing the henna so that it is completely clean for production. First, the henna is vacuum-cleaned by a machine that extracts unwanted dust, pieces of twigs and any impurities. Then the henna goes to an autoclave where it is thoroughly sterilized so that there are no bacteria in it. Remember that products offered on the European market require microbiological tests and cleanliness is an element that allows the product to be marketed. For us, this is a priority. Then the henna is stored in a place where moisture absorbers work so that the product is protected from moisture, which would adversely affect its quality. In the next stage, the henna goes to a special mill, which grinds it thoroughly. For several months now, we have had the most modern mill in the factory, the so-called cyclone, where it is ground to a very fine state. The quality of the grinding - the smaller the particles, the better - determines the quality of the henna in use. During the grinding, further moisture filtration is carried out. The powder prepared in this way can finally be packed. Another important piece of information – we pack henna manually because automatic packaging would cause too much air to be introduced into the sachet. We throw the sachet into a cardboard can and the finished product can be delivered to stores. In the Orientana assortment we offer different colors of Henna - thanks to the mixture of henna with other herbs. These herbs are prepared in the same way as described above. As you can see, there are many elements that affect the quality of henna – from where it is grown, when it is harvested, to how finely ground it is. I can assure you that all stages are controlled by us because our goal is to offer our customers around the world a high-quality natural hair dye.
Learn moremenopause - 2 important information
What is menopause? Menopause is a natural stage in every woman's life that marks the end of her menstrual periods and the decrease in the production of female sex hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone. A woman then loses the ability to get pregnant. For many women, this is a stage when they can enjoy sex without the stress of getting pregnant, but also a period of bothersome symptoms, both physical and psychological. Menopause usually occurs in middle age, usually between the ages of 45 and 55, although the age of menopause can vary. Menopause - how long does it last ? Menopause can be divided into several stages: Perimenopause: This is the period of several years preceding menopause, during which a woman experiences a gradual decline in the production of sex hormones. During this time, she may experience irregular periods, as well as symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings, headaches, and more. Menopause: This is when a woman stops having menstrual periods for at least a year. At this point, estrogen and progesterone production are greatly reduced. Postmenopause: This is the period after menopause. A woman remains in postmenopause for the rest of her life. During this period, she may continue to experience symptoms related to hormone deficiency, such as bone loss, dry skin, urinary changes, and more. How menopause affects the body This period in a woman's life has a significant impact on the body due to the hormonal changes that accompany this process. What might a woman feel during menopause?: Experiencing changes in menstrual cycles. During perimenopause and menopause, a woman experiences irregularities in her menstrual cycle until periods eventually stop altogether. Hot flashes are a common symptom. Women experience sudden hot flashes, often accompanied by sweating and rapid heartbeat. Mood changes whose source cannot be identified. A woman in menopause may experience irritability, anxiety, emotional swings, and even depression. Libido decreases, which is why some women experience less desire for sex during menopause. Insomnia or difficulty falling asleep affects 40% to 60% of women. In addition, there is night sweats and often interrupted sleep. During this period, vaginal dryness increases: The quality of vaginal mucus depends on estrogen secretion and is very sensitive to the decrease in this hormone. The amount of mucus gradually decreases and it loses its viscosity. This can lead to discomfort during sexual intercourse. There is also a deterioration of the complexion and hair. There may be a loss of elasticity, firmness and moisture. The hair usually becomes thinner and less dense. About 70% of women experience weight gain during this period due to hormonal imbalances and slower metabolism. This is usually visible around the belly and breasts. Increased risk of osteoporosis due to decreased estrogen levels. This can lead to bone loss. Cardiovascular changes. Lack of estrogen can affect the cardiovascular system, increasing the risk of heart disease. Urinary changes. Urinary changes, such as urinary incontinence, may occur. However, remember that symptoms and their intensity vary between women. Not every woman experiences all of the symptoms. Some women may experience them mildly, while others may have more severe symptoms. If you are having difficulty, it is important to consult a doctor. Symptom treatment is usually tailored to the individual needs of the woman and may include hormone replacement therapy (HRT), dietary changes and the use of appropriately selected supplements. Increasingly, we are also using the support of a psychotherapist. Menopause - where to get information - research It is not a disease, it is a natural period in a woman's life. When you first burn your candle, let it burn long enough for all of the top layer of wax to melt. This will prevent tunneling, or unmelted wax being left on the walls of the container, which shortens the life of the candle. Burn time. Always check the label on the candle packaging for the recommended maximum burn time. Do not leave the candle unattended for too long. Security. Do not leave a candle near children or pets who might accidentally touch it or knock it over. Always blow out the candle before leaving the room. Extinguishing the candle. Do not extinguish a candle by blowing out the flame, as this can cause sparks to fly or the wax to spill. It is better to use a special candle cap or cover the candle with a non-flammable lid. Natural balms, like body butters, are cosmetics for everyone, but we especially recommend them to those with dry, rough skin that requires deep nourishment and to enthusiasts of aromatherapy and oriental massages. Nothing is as conducive to relaxation and skin care as Ayurvedic products: Natural body lotion cube cinnamon and patchouli; Natural ginger and lemongrass body lotion cube; Natural Jasmine and Green Tea Body Lotion Cube; Natural shea butter and jasmine and green tea oils. We encourage you to organize a home spa in the comfort of your own bathroom using these cosmetics – you will see how positively it will affect your body and mind.

On March 12, we had the great pleasure of participating in the Workshop with a Star organized by All About Life in a very prestigious place on Duhnicka Street in Warsaw, namely in Electro Atelier! Well-known and popular Bloggers were invited to the event and the hosts were Monika Mrozowska and Katarzyna Błażejewska-Stuhr! At the beginning, we presented our four cosmetics with saffron and turmeric from the newest Bio Ayurveda line! The girls were very interested in the products, there were a lot of questions, testing and time for photos with our new gems. We are glad that the ecological awareness of Polish women is growing and they are increasingly choosing natural cosmetics for care. Many girls talked about how they take care of their skin in harmony with nature, and even what good the Ayurvedic diet gave them. Natural cosmetics save our skin and support its functioning without disturbing its balance. In reference to two highly valued spices in the kitchen, Ayurveda and cosmetics (saffron and turmeric), which are found in the new products, we prepared a drink with saffron and golden milk with turmeric! Then there was time for healthy cooking according to the original Easter recipes by Monika Mrozowska and Kasia Błażejewska-Stuhr. Among others, a broad bean tart, fruit jelly, cherry mazurek and cream soup with pumpkin were prepared. And all of it delicious, light and healthy! It was a wonderful experience to spend this time with so many wonderful people! We are glad that you appreciate our natural wonders and also take care of a healthy lifestyle by choosing both food and cosmetics without unnecessary chemicals. That day we also talked to Ewa Szabatin, who has liked and used Orientana natural cosmetics for several years. This time she was curiously testing another four. Our hearts fill with joy when we know that the group of loyal fans of Orientana cosmetics is growing so quickly. This is the best inspiration and motivation for us to take further action!
